PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

If you have paid on your credit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been shipped to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm shipment.

If you have paid via your PayPayl account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to the orginal method of payment.

All prices are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable).

The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge and sales tax (if applicable).

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you're not happy, we're not happy! At SCRUBLOVERS, we aim to please, so if you're not completely satisfied with any item in your order, you can exchange it free of charge for another item or return it for full credit to your original payment method, within 30 days of delivery.

Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below, follow the steps, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues.

  • All returned items must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your return or exchange.
  • Only items purchased from SCRUBLOVERS.com, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition can be returned.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.

MEASURING & SIZE GUIDES

Measuring Guide

Measure your bust, waist and hip and compare your measurements with our size guide to help you determine what size to buy. For all measurements, ensure the tape is pulled snug, but is not stretched.

  • Bust - Measure the fullest part of your chest
  • Waist - Measure your waist - the narrowest part of you - above your belly button and below your ribcage
  • Hip - Measure the fullest part of your hips - approximately 9 inches below your waist.
  • Inside Leg/Inseam - Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle (approximately 1" below your ankle bone)
