If you're not happy, we're not happy! At SCRUBLOVERS, we aim to please, so if you're not completely satisfied with any item in your order, you can exchange it free of charge for another item or return it for full credit to your original payment method, within 30 days of delivery.

- All returned items must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your return or exchange.
- Only items purchased from SCRUBLOVERS.com, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition can be returned.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.
